Project Objectives :
Types of intervention: Long-term cash-for-food support to the urban ultra-poor and short term nutrition dense food support for Verified Virus Fighters; Types of food items: The project specified 5 nutrition dense food groups that can be bought by the participants; Cash-back incentives: In Sattola, participants will receive 25% cashback on buying BDT 3,000 worth of food item and in Kallyanpur, 37.5% cashback is effective for buying BDT 2,000 worth of food item helping provide insights on their consumption pattern; Vendor type: This phase had 30 designated shops who would sell project specified food items; Mode of IEC material distribution: The IEC materials were distributed by project staff; Operations mechanism: In each of the project areas, the activities were implemented via regular project staff.
