Project Objectives :
• Project Inception Meeting with Staff, stakeholders and beneficiaries at Union, Upazila and District level; • Training to 200 farmers on safe food production, vegetable and quality crop seeds to keep • Training to 100 farmers on vermicomposting production & use, standard use of chemical fertilizers & pests. • Farmers gathering and Fair (county unit) and Result demonstration including success story (1 time in a year) to promote water saving sustainable agriculture and safe food production. • Homestead family vegetable gardening to fill the nutrition demand of family. • Training on Chemical free crop production and how to use Trichoderma for soil and seed treatment • Workshop and meeting with stake holders of Upozila and district level. • Anniversary events/day observation (International Food day 10/16, International Water day 3/22, Agricultural day 11/15) (Citizens' awareness and awareness of safe food • Training on soil health and human health improvement. • Promoting the sustainable agriculture through organic method which is minimizing health risk. • Pisciculture training to the owner of small ponds farmer for financial benefit and ensure the sufficient nutrition. • Provide allowance to keep the sound health of the mother • Parent earthworms for vermicompost and material distribution (30 households)
